I offer 12-week Hyrox training plans, developed by the Hyrox Academy. The plan is specific to your division and includes running as well as workouts with the Hyrox specific movements.
Your plan will contain 5 workouts a week that follow the Hyrox methodology with workout varying between strength, aerobic, engine, complete and interval.

On top of the plan, we will also have two strategy calls where we will discuss training progress, nutrition, race day strategies and anything else to help you perform your best!

Cost: $150 plus applicable taxes
