Service Description
Crush your next Hyrox race with a structured 12-week Hyrox Training Plan, developed by the Hyrox Academy and tailored to your specific division (Open or Pro). Each plan includes five workouts per week, combining Hyrox-specific movements with focused running sessions. The training follows the official Hyrox methodology, cycling through strength, aerobic, engine, complete, and interval-based workouts for well-rounded race preparation. This periodized plan is designed to help you build a solid fitness base, peak at the right time, and taper properly so you arrive at race day feeling strong and ready. Your plan also includes two personalized performance strategy calls with Coach Steph to fine-tune your pacing, form, movement techniques, nutrition, and race day preparation. Ongoing email support is included to provide continued guidance throughout your training.
